And "Fun, Fun, Fun" by the Beach Boys.
Shawn and I met up with some friends at The Tech museum in San Jose to check out the Star Trek exhibit they’ve got going on out there.

I’ve been wanting to blog about the new Star Trek movie and share all I have to say about it, which is a considerable amount. But I don’t know how to even broach my feelings on the subject without posting massive spoilers, and even though I could preface my blog with disclaimers and launch forth (or shall I say “engage”?), I hate exposing plots online.
I spent a little time today traipsing through movie trailers for up and coming entertainment. There are some very promising films coming out in the blow-shit-up category.
Ian sent around the newest trailer for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Thank you, friend Ian. I have chills. Looks like July for that one.
I hate waiting.
Let’s say I’m taking an alien visitor on a tour of Earth. Maybe I’ve shown him San Francisco. We’ve been to the redwood forests. Now we land in Vegas in the middle of the strip amid the lights and the people, the facades and flashing screens. Trucks parade up and down the street with billboards for every kind of entertainment from circus shows to strippers. It’s 100ºF at 9:00 p.m. on America’s playground.
Three Dog Night is famous for having never been to Spain. I've never been to Vegas. (I've never been to Spain either, but if I were to do a blog purely listing the places I've never been, we'd be in for a long haul.)

It's February. It's Friday. No one seems to want to work. The recently located Star Wars quiz (see previous blog) has inspired a round of Star Wars forwards around the office, meanwhile, in an entirely different galaxy, my friends are emailing around questions like who would win in a fist fight, Data or Spock? My money's on Data, for the record.
So the first round of Volume 2 of The Crow has been distributed, the Bird costume for Peter and the Wolf is half way there and I've taken on yet another project to form the complete soundtrack to Fraggle Rock. . . but just while I'm researching the colonial dress I'm planning on making even though I have absolutely no place to wear it.
