I’m experimenting around here. Call it Spring Cleaning... in January. See, here’s the thing. I’ve always been very proud to hand code my site. Archaic though it might be, it keeps some basic html fresh in mind and forces me to actually learn how to use things like cascading style sheets rather than letting some formatted blog do the dirty work for me. And most canned templates make me cringe. So I’m a perfectionist and control freak. Duly noted.
However, there are somethings I just can’t code by hand. Long have I wished for an RSS feed. Many of my friends have this snazzy feature on their blogs and I covet it. So I’ve found myself playing around with iWeb and trying to make the most of it. I imagine I’ll run into areas where Apple’s cute little gui for web design will piss me off, but I’m going to give it a go.
