An open letter to the U.S. Olympic Committee:

As an American and a knitter, I want to personally thank you for making our country look like morons on the world stage. As if our general approach to foreign policy wasn't enough. Thanks. We really needed that P.R.

Also, no one's ever knitting you socks for Christmas. Just saying.

And as one of over two million tech-savvy knitters on Ravelry, let me give you a heads up. Game on.

Yeah, knitting doesn't do that at all. Also...when was the last time we had to have drug testing to make sure no one was cheating in knitting.
