Socks are done. I’m back to knitting for me. Remember the porpoise? Well, turns out that wallabies are indeed faster than porpoises, so if you ever find yourself betting on some strange Wonderland caucas race, put your money on the macropod. But didn’t she do a nice job?

There’s also the long ago mentioned invisibility shawl, but let us speak not of that. Warm shawl first.

Not that I’ve touched my knitting basket today. I’ve got bagels to buy, library books to shelve, a Crow to assemble for which I’m heinously behind schedule, and stuff to sort out for my return to gainful employment on Monday.

In fact, I don’t have time to blog. I just dropped in to say that I did a big picture update if you care. I uploaded a Christmas 2009 album and photos of our visit with Ana, as well as updating some recent random Luke pics. Peruse if you like, ignore if you don’t.

Either way, have a happy New Year, be careful with that champagne, and if I don’t catch you before the ball drops, I’ll see you in the next decade.
